Catalina Pernisco
As a child growing up in South America and Europe, I was surrounded by real estate. My father spent forty years as a residential contractor and taught me the value of doing a job right. Because of my international background, I am multilingual, and speak fluent Spanish and Italian. I have spent the last twenty-five years as a Santa Monica resident. I earned my BA in International Law - with a Minor in Spanish - from the University of Southern California. Professionally, I spent twenty years as a Paralegal in real estate and contract law and handled the real estate and legal needs of the Fortune 500 beverage company Red Bull North America, Inc. In 1998 I became a real estate investor and today own both commercial and residential rental properties.
I am certified real estate agent and am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Combined Westside of Los Angeles Board of Realtors. Additionally, I have spent the past twenty years living in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Santa Monica, so I am very familiar with the area.
On a more personal level, I am an avid windsurfer, surfer, runner, skiier, and tennis player. I love to travel and spend time with my kids and I am extremely passionate about Italian food.
